Background Story

Childhood
Tsubaki is a descendant of Akame Shizuka, the successor of Akame family. Born in a normal ninja family, Tsubaki was an innocent kid, lived with joy and love. At young age, her kekkei genkai was not awaken yet. Although her father, Hiraku, somewhat disappointed, knowing Tsubaki might not inherit steel release kekkei genkai in her blood.

When she was 10, she was kidnapped by some Hyakki Yagyo members to lure her mother and set her as hostage. She was kept in an abandoned building along her mother, separated by cells. Tsubaki who was desperately tried to save her mother, felt helpless against these criminals. They mentally tortured Tsubaki by showing how her mother being abused, day by day. They also tried to brainwash and provoked Tsubaki in order to see if she does have the kekkei genkai. Their sole purpose is to extract informations from Getsuka and brainwashed her into joining the organization. Although they also take interest in Tsubaki into one of their killing machine.

After days being mentally tortured, Getsuka could not see her daughter broken, being abused, although she was also helpless. They gave her some kind of drugs to block her chakra flow and energy. And the only thing she can do was provoking them back with words. It was quite effective, until one of them killed her in one attack. Tsubaki was utterly shocked, filled with anger and despair, awakened her steel release kekkei genkai. Her ability comes with huge price, the death of her mother. She then lost control over her power and killed every single man in the room. It was hell of a 10 years old. 

Although it was the right time when Hiraku came to rescue along with konoha ANBU members. Tsubaki was crying and ran out of energy. Her father carried her home. It took him more than 6 months to cure Tsubaki's mental health, he was also helped by Rinne's wife through the treatment. Tsubaki lost her smile. She was recovered, but her personality changing opposite. And at that time too, she went back to academy. 

After the tragic event, her father took a lot of attention to her. Including teaching her how to control the steel release kekkei genkai, and teaching her basic knowledge about interrogation technique and how to survive mental torture. Both are sharing very close bond to one and another. 

She graduated from the academy at 12. There she met her teammates, Midorikawa Hotaka and Ao Tanuma. The three were supervised by a jounin, Sakuragi Rinne. 

Appearance

Tsubaki physically resembles Akame Shizuka, her ancestor. Long reddish brown hair with buns on the back side, red/crimson eyes, and tall, slender body. She wears green shirt, maxi black shirt tied with mustard yellow obi, and a pair of heels. The konoha symbol is attached to her backside of the obi.  She always brings her umbrella along.

Tsubaki is a calm and level headed. She may look patience, but she hates waiting too long or make people waiting is even worse. She always wants to finish her work as soon as possible yet it has to be perfect and neat. She's cautious, high discipline, hardworking. But yet, deep down inside, her heart was delicate, sensitive, and quiet hard to move on.

Weapon
 傘刀 Kasa-gatana ; Umbrella sword.

A multifunction weapon. It can be an umbrella or a sword. The sword has 75cm length, and considered as a 'Tachi'. At the first glance, it looks like an extra size umbrella made from paper, although it's made from thin steel to support the kekkei genkai. It can strike offensive attacks or defend the user. The weapon was inherited from generations to generations by the family ancestor. 

TRIVIA :
- After battle, she shows her gratitude to her opponent, by leaving camellia flowers as it's meaning "perishing with grace" (hanakotoba).
- Rinne realized their name represents 3 major colors, Red (Aka), Blue (Aoi), and Green (Midori), then so, he called them Team Konoha RGB.
